Work and Life of Those in Uniform Brought Great Honor to the Country

There live many people striving to maintain the safety of citizens and world peace in the globe we reside. In this respect, Bulldoc International Film Festival is the venue for showing the work and life stories of those who devoted themselves to the society and country, including soldiers, veterans, police officers, firefighters, and people who saved others' life putting theirs' at risk. Bulldoc International Film Festival shares and makes known publicly meaningful films depicting their sacrifices and contributions. We hope the Festival enables the audience to commemorate those who dedicated their lives to the society and country by uncovering their well known or hidden stories through wonderful works moving our heart.

1) Film

Drama, Documentary, Promotion Content, Animation (No length limit.)

One work is only allowed a person or a team. (No limit of the number of team members.)

No Limit on Production Date

File Format : Resolution – Free ※ An original file must be submitted when the work is selected. Resolution 1280*720 or 1920*1080 mov or mp4 (codec H.264)

The name of film, your name, and the running time should be the same in the file name and mail subject. ex. Film Name_Your Name_25min

Submission: E-mail or Postal Submission

Attach film file, entry form and consent form of personal information collection and use.

2) Webtoon

Available in all genres and lengths

One work is only allowed a person or a team. (No limit of the number of team members.)

No Limit on Production Date

1~5 pictures a person

File Format : Resolution - Free ※ An original file must be submitted when the work is selected. JPEG / File size 3~20MB / Resolution over 3,000 pixels

The name of picture and your name should be the same in the file name and mail subject. Ex.) Film Name_Your Name

※ BIFF is allowed to participate in both film and photo categories.

Selection of Entries and Awards

Selection of Entries: it will be posted on the online theater.

Selection of Awards: it will be announced at the award ceremony on Oct06, 2020

Regulations

We do not return submitted documents and submissions.

You will not be able to modify or change your work after the submission.

The applicant is responsible for all legal obligations arising from plagiarism and infringement of intellectual property rights. (Including music and portrait rights)

Screening period: Full version – for 1 year from the awarding date

The copyright on award-winning works shall belong to those who submitted. For non-commercial purpose, parts of the selected works can be used in blogs, Facebook, Bulldoc International Film Festival, the website of P&F Foundation, and Bulldoc International Film Festival promotion materials regardless of screening period.

All works can be used for 3 mins of promotion video clips for the Bulldoc International Film Festival.

By submitting the entry form for Bulldoc International Film Festival, the entrant accepts, without reservation, the terms of the present regulations as stated in this document.
